CUSTOM CURRICULUM   |  To give you a glimpse of what Kaleidoscope Curriculum could put together for you, below you will find a sample of custom Bible curriculum written for a youth camp in New England.  Just click on the theme and discover the uniqueness found with us.  Likewise, Road Trip (further down on the page) was originally written as a custom piece for this camp and they gave permission to develop it for others to use.  So if you prefer curriculum sets that are ready to go, we’ve got that too!

Theme:  Good Dirt

Good Dirt, what it means to plant our lives in the soil of the truth of the Word is the focus of this study.  Even when our lives are planted in good dirt there is maintenance that has to be done and we will get dirty on the way.  The alternative is to root our lives in soil that has no nutrients and will cause us to bear little fruit.  If that is where we find ourselves, the good news is, transplanting can be done!

CURRICULUM SETS | If you need material fast, Kaleidoscope Curriculum has options for you.  Each curriculum has a leader guide and student book available.  The LEADER GUIDE will be especially helpful to those volunteers who have trouble finding time to prepare or need a little more substance to guide them through a lesson.  For the volunteers who are totally comfortable teaching, the material is written so they can quickly pick up on the headers and main points and go from there.  Each session includes an optional activity to help students burn some energy and includes plenty of discussion questions to choose from throughout the lesson to encourage student participation.   STUDENT BOOKS are optional for use along with each curriculum.  These books have many of the scripture verses written out to save time during the lesson, but more importantly to help those students who need to go back later and look at what they learned but may not take time to look up verses on their own.  There is adequate space for note-taking along with a few fill-in-the-blanks throughout the series.  All discussion questions are written in the student book so that they can really reflect on what has been heard and continue to think about truth even when the sessions are over.  You can click on the leader and student guides below for samples from each set.  A POWER POINT presentation is available for each set.  If selected, these widescreen format slides will be sent to you in a zip file containing .jpeg files, via Dropbox.  T-SHIRTS are available too!

RUN TO WIN.  This four-part study (plus introduction) based on 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 will help students understand how to run the spiritual race – the pursuit of Jesus.  It is not an easy race to run.  There are distractions, hurdles, and temptations along the way.  There is also a prize to win!  This race is one of endurance and is worth putting everything in to.  By the end of this study, students will know how to train, how to deal with the opponent, what the prize is, and where they are in the race.  There is a lot to cover, so put your sneakers on and get ready!
